About the Role
Serotonin is seeking a Sr. Public Relations Manager to lead strategic communications and media relations for our cutting-edge clients at the intersection of web3, AI, Enterprise, Cloud, and Hardware. AI and blockchain are among the most transformative technologies of our time, and their growing intersection represents one of the most crucial areas in frontier tech. In this role, you will be a key member of the Serotonin PR team, a dynamic group of industry-recognized communications specialists driving go-to-market strategies for the leading players in these spaces.

The ideal candidate is a results-driven communicator with a proven track record of strategizing and executing across a variety of PR functions. A strong network of journalist relationships, exceptional client services expertise, and prior experience in web3 or related industries are essential. Candidates with a demonstrated background in AI, Enterprise, Cloud, or Hardware are highly preferred.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience working in comms / PR roles at an agency or in-house, with a background in general tech, web3, AI, Enterprise, Cloud, or Hardware.
- Exposure to web3 and the prominent ecosystems, technical primitives, culture of open source / decentralized systems, and the use cases that define the industry landscape is a plus
- Successful track record of leading initiatives across brand comms, news campaigns, and thought leadership - ie. crafting brand assets, executing all media outreach and coordination, stakeholder management, and securing earned speaking engagements
- Strong media relationships in tech, and adjacent media verticals
- Sharp writing and editing skills
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and navigate multiple projects
- Proven ability to collaborate and communicate with clients and teammates
- Events experience highly preferred
