- Schedule service appointments efficiently and coordinate service bay assignments.

- Ensure meticulous documentation of service orders and invoices, following all store processes.
Expectations:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as an automotive service writer.
- Proficient in automotive service procedures, manufacturer KPI scoring requirements, and terminology.
- Ability to exceed monthly goals set by management and contribute to the team's success.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build lasting customer relationships.
