Position: Internet Sales Specialist
Location: Performance Nissan
This is not a BDC rep position—this is a full, direct Internet/Phone Sales position where you will be responsible for handling the entire sales process, from the initial lead to the delivery of the vehicle. You will gather all necessary information, assist customers in choosing their perfect car, and ensure a smooth and seamless buying experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Extensive Automotive Sales Experience: You know the ins and outs of the automotive industry and can expertly match customers with the perfect vehicle.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using technology to track leads, manage customer info, and close sales.
- Punctuality: Being on time is crucial, as you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers and need to keep the sales process moving smoothly.
- Self-Motivated: This is a results-driven position. If you’re not someone who thrives on achieving goals and surpassing expectations, this isn’t the right role for you.
- Full Sales Ownership: You’ll manage the full customer experience, including handling the entire sale process and delivering the vehicle to the customer. No hand-offs, no middlemen—it's all you!
What You’ll Do:
- Manage incoming internet and phone leads, providing exceptional customer service from start to finish.
- Gather detailed information from customers to ensure we meet their needs and provide the best possible vehicle.
- Take ownership of the entire sales process, from lead follow-up to vehicle delivery.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet sales targets and contribute to the dealership’s success.
