Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Internal Service Advisor at Serpentini Chevrolet of Willoughby Hills. This is a full-time position in the auto industry that requires exceptional customer service skills. As anInternal Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our used car department and assist them with scheduling and coordinating all in stock preowned vehicle service needs. Your primary focus will be on providing outstanding customer service and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for our customers and used car department.

Responsibilities :
Serve as the primary point of contact for our used car department, both in person and over the phone
Schedule and coordinate appointments for vehicle maintenance and repairs
Greet customers and gather necessary information about their vehicle concerns
Provide accurate and timely estimates for services and repairs
Communicate with used car department throughout the service process, providing updates and recommendations as needed
Track repairs and maintenance services to ensure timely completion
Collect payment from customers and process transactions accurately
Maintain a strong knowledge of our vehicles, services, and promotions to best assist the used car department
Assist with maintaining a clean and organized service center
Handle customer and used car department complaints and find appropriate resolutions
Collaborate with our service technicians to ensure quality and timely service for our used car department
Strive to achieve customer satisfaction and retention goals
Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
Previous customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organization and time-management abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance and repairs
Proficient in computer usage and ability to navigate various software systems
Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
