What are the responsibilities and job description for the Body Shop Estimator position at Serpentini Chevrolet?
Serpentini Collision center is looking for an experienced auto body estimator to join our team. We are a growing & very busy shop that serviced multiple DRP'S & our Strongsville dealership. We are looking for a candidate with excellent customer service skills, the ability to write an accurate estimate, & the ability to multi-task. Experience with CCC required. We work with multiple DRP'S including Geico, Progressive, State Farm, & Nationwide. For further questions, or to setup an interview, please call Jonathan at 440-243-6700. Minimum 2 years body shop required, & we are willing to train. Pay is based on experience. Essential duties are as follows:
- Promote a positive relationship with all body shop customers, & staff.
- Writing an accurate estimate in either CCC or Mitchell
- Scheduling customers, & accurately keeping all customers updated on the status of their repairs.
