- Greeting customers in the service lane and assisting with vehicle check-in
- Safely moving and parking vehicles in designated areas to maintain efficient service flow
- Keeping the service drive and customer waiting areas clean and organized
- Performing light vehicle maintenance tasks for customer vehicles in the service lane, such as topping off fluids and checking tire pressure
- Ensuring customer vehicles are washed, vacuumed, and prepared for customer pickup
- Assist with maintaining courtesy vehicles to be ready for use -- cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles, replenishing fluids as needed, maintaining proper tire pressures, refueling vehicles

Monitoring parking lot conditions and reporting any issues to management, including snow removal
- Following all dealership safety policies and procedures

Perform other duties as assigned by service manager and/or service advisor
