As an Automotive Service Advisor at Serra Auto Park, you will be the key point of contact for our customers seeking automotive services. Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs promptly.
- Provide detailed explanations of services required and associated costs to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services and repairs.
- Manage customer expectations throughout the service process, maintaining clear communication.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized service area, promoting a professional environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive service advising or a similar role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes and terminology.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both customers and technical staff.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and estimates are essential.
- Experience in a dealership environment is a plus.
