Description of the role:
Serra Chevrolet Buick GMC is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator for our Collision Center in Madison, Tennessee. In this role, the Customer Experience Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our customers throughout their collision repair process.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a professional, friendly, welcoming manner
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and expectations with empathy and patience
- Coordinate and schedule estimate and repair appointments
- Provide updates to customers, insurance partners and rental car providers on repair status
- Create repair orders in both Tekion and CCC Estimating Systems
- Perform various accounting functions with detailed accuracy and record keeping
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Knowledge of the collision repair process is a plus
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
