Bilingual Sales Representative

Job Summary:
Serra Chevrolet is seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Sales Representative to join our team in Birmingham, Alabama. As a full-time employee in the auto industry, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and customer satisfaction at our dealership. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling vehicles, and maintaining relationships with our diverse pool of clients.

Responsibilities:
- Act as a brand ambassador for Serra Chevrolet, showcasing our vehicles and services to potential customers in a professional and persuasive manner
- Utilize fluency in English and Spanish to assist bilingual customers and deliver outstanding customer service
- Proactively reach out to new and existing customers to identify their needs and guide them through the car-buying process
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives, highlighting features and benefits to help customers make informed purchase decisions
- Close sales and meet individual and team sales targets
- Communicate and negotiate effectively with customers to ensure a smooth and positive sales experience
- Collaborate with the finance department to secure financing and finalize sales transactions
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and addressing any concerns or inquiries
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions to deliver accurate and helpful information to customers
- Maintain an organized and professional sales environment, adhering to company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the auto industry
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of automotive industry and products is an asset
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
