About the Role
As the first engineer on board, you'll have the unique opportunity to build and implement features directly driven by customer needs. This role will allow you to engage in a variety of projects which will involve database management (using Databricks and OpenSearch), full-stack development with Next.JS , TypeScript , and React , as well as working with large language models (LLMs).
Your contributions will span the entire tech stack, giving you an influential voice in establishing a robust engineering culture from the ground up.
What We're Looking For
We seek individuals with strong experience in Next.js , TypeScript , React , AWS , and Postgres . Proven expertise in developing fast and responsive products is essential, whether from professional experience or personal projects.
An ideal candidate should possess 2 years of experience working as a full-stack engineer, covering everything from frontend development to data infrastructure. We also welcome applications from new graduates who are eager to learn and grow.
Nice-to-haves : Experience with OpenSearch (Elasticsearch), familiarity with LLMs, and a background in data engineering (Databricks) would be advantageous.
Compensation
- Salary Range : $130k-170k
- Equity : 0.5%-1%
