About the Role:
We’re looking for outgoing, responsible Pool Bartenders to join our team and serve up refreshing drinks and great experiences all season long! As a Pool Bartender, you’ll be the go-to for guests looking to relax and unwind with beverages by the water. If you’ve got a passion for hospitality, enjoy working outdoors, and can stay cool under pressure, this role is for you.
Schedule:
- Hours of Operation: Tuesday through Sunday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Must have flexible availability within those hours
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences
- Greet guests and take drink orders with a friendly, upbeat attitude
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area and poolside service stations
- Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible alcohol service
- Restock bar inventory, garnishes, and supplies as needed
- Buss and clean up around the pool bar and seating area
- Set up water stations and assist with pool area cleanliness
- Stay on your feet for extended periods and work efficiently in outdoor conditions
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Knowledge of common cocktails, spirits, and bar hygiene
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced outdoor environment
- Must be dependable, personable, and team-oriented
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
