Duties
- Manage office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and supply inventory.
- Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Maintain calendars for team members, ensuring effective time management.
- Communicate effectively with team members to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Coordinate projects
- Respond to clients in a professional manner
- MUST have drivers license, must pick up clients at the airport and transport
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role.
- Strong event planning skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to supervise and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Experience in training development and implementation is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with calendar management tools and techniques.
