Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining of steel machines to ensure efficient production processes. This role requires a strong understanding of machinery, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The machine you will be mainly working on is a mesh welder.
Duties
- Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of production output, machine performance, and any issues encountered.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while adhering to safety standards.
Skills
- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpretation for precise fabrication tasks.
- Experience with operating lathes, presses, and welding equipment is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of factory operations and the ability to work with logic controllers is a plus.
- Forklift operation experience is beneficial for material handling tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot machinery effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
