Align design teams to execute against design language of assigned project.Drive project management activities including but not limited to design execution, material procurement, conversion activation, component testing.Attend weekly project meetings and provide key updates to the broader organization.Manage supplier communication and ensure key stakeholders have clear direction on project requirements and deadlines.Curate swatch selections from suppliers and coordinate internal review to drive improved submissions.Work with internal development teams and submit build requests for full scale prototype / design reviews.Collaborate to develop designs that follow lean principles. Incorporate Design to Value and Design to Manufacture processes.Protect all intellectual property and secure exclusivity of all ideation where possible.Responsible for a segment of a brand.What You'll Bring : Degree in Industrial Design, Fashion Design, or Textile Design preferred.Work is primarily sedentary in nature.Why work at Serta Simmons Bedding?
