The successful candidate will have 4 years of hands-on experience in maintenance, specifically with mechanical, electrical, PLC controls, robotics, pneumatics, and automated systems. They will be responsible for advanced maintenance & troubleshooting, technical leadership & mentoring, process improvement & equipment optimization, preventative maintenance & reliability, data management & reporting, safety & compliance, continuous learning & development, and collaboration & communication.
