Are you a hands-on problem solver with a knack for troubleshooting and keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician I to support our manufacturing operations and ensure equipment stays in top shape. What You’ll Do:

• Keep Operations Running: Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production equipment to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot Like a Pro: Diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
• Optimize Equipment Performance: Recommend improvements to increase efficiency and reliability.
• Ensure Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety procedures and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
• Collaborate & Train: Work closely with Manufacturing Technicians and Engineers while training others on basic maintenance tasks.
• Problem-Solve & Innovate: Participate in process improvement projects to enhance production efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Experience: 2 years in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, PLC controls, robotics, or pneumatics maintenance.
✅ Education: High school diploma or GED required; technical certifications or associate degree preferred.
✅ Skills: Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to read schematics and blueprints.
✅ Physical Requirements: Comfortable with standing, bending, lifting, and working in a manufacturing setting.
✅ Bonus: Experience in bedding manufacturing or working with sewing equipment is a plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 60 per week
