What You'll Do :
The Field Sales Representative plays a critical role in executing field strategy for Serta Simmons Bedding. This position is responsible for protecting and growing market share, improving profitability, and strengthening retailer relationships.
Key responsibilities include :
- Driving sales activities within an assigned territory by implementing company strategy
- Ensuring strategic alignment with key stakeholders and business partners to maximize profitability
- Coordinating and leading training events to enhance retailer collaboration
- Driving initiatives that increase sales and market share for the Serta Simmons Bedding product portfolio
This role is essential in fostering business growth and ensuring strong, long-term retailer partnerships.
Location : Please note that the ideal candidate will live in Jacksonville Proper ( St Augustine) area to the start of the territory.
