Compensation : 27 / HR - $36 / HR
What You'll Do :
- Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training and performance feedback.
- Assign daily tasks and prioritize work orders to ensure timely completion of maintenance projects.
- Foster culture of safety, teamwork and accountability.
- CMMS Experience helpful
- Equipment maintenance and repair.
- Perform troubleshooting repair and preventive maintenance on a variety of manufacturing equipment, including conveyor systems, hydraulic presses, sewing machines and other specialized machinery.
- Ensure compliance with equipment maintenance schedules and maintain accurate service records.
- Collaborate with the production team to address urgent repairs and minimize downtime.
- Overseas, the maintenance and repair of the facility, including HVAC plumbing, electrical and structural systems.
- Monitor and manage energy efficiency and facility safety standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve equipment performance and reduce costs through the process, enhancement or upgrades.
- Work with engineering and production teams to implement new machinery or processes.
- Maintain inventory of spare parts, tools, supplies, ensuring availability to minimize downtime.
- Monitor and manage the maintenance budget recommending cost effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA company safety standards and environmental regulations.
- Conduct safety training and risk assessments for the maintenance team.
- Lockout, tag out and arc flash training.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to where legally required, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
