The Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for greeting patients, answering the phones, scheduling appointments, completing billing processes, finishing administrative processing, recordkeeping, and more.

*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and excellent customer service to patients in a medical office setting.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills;
- Exceptional phone demeanor;
- Strong written communication
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and medical patient management software
- Sound record reflecting honesty and integrity; the ability to contribute positively to a team environment;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- The ability to prioritize and manage a high volume of patients with a high standard of care;
- A dedication to helping those with hearing loss, dementia, Alzheimer’s, and brain injury, as well as those who are not mobile or have limited mobility.
-Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule patient appointments, follow-ups, reschedule as needed
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
- Input data correctly
- Coordinate with ancillary medical staff to ensure patient care needs are met
*Requirements*
High School diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in audiology or medical office setting is advantageous
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
