Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst at SERV Behavioral Health System, located in the United States. The role involves conducting behavior analysis, applied behavior analysis, parent education, psychology, and behavior management to support individuals in need of assistance.

Qualifications

• Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis skills
• Parent Education and Psychology knowledge
• Experience in Behavior Management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Master's degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field

Education

• Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, special education, or social work.
• Active BCBA certification or licensure.
• One year of experience in working with developmentally disabled persons involving applied behavior analysis and behavior modification preferred.
• Must be 21 years old, driver’s license in the state of residence with no suspensions or moving violations in the past year and have no more than 5 points on your driving record.
• Must be able to complete a physical, drug screen, and background check.

License Requirements

• Active BCBA certification or licensure.

Salary:

• $95,000.00 to $98,000.00 per year based on experience.
