Position Responsibilities:
- Promote and market the business, products, and services to increase brand visibility and client engagement.
- Educate clients on and administer a wide range of advanced aesthetic procedures, ensuring optimal outcomes tailored to each client's needs.
- Develop and implement new treatment protocols, staying ahead of industry trends and introducing innovative services to enhance our offerings.
- Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA laws and maintain client confidentiality at all times.
- Complete detailed documentation of all treatments and therapies performed for each client.
- Provide medical, cosmetic, and aesthetic care while maintaining the highest standard of service and safety.
- Maintain an up-to-date, active aesthetic license and participate in ongoing professional development.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and medical staff to continuously refine and improve client services.
- Exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex procedures and products to clients in a clear, approachable manner.
- Demonstrate outstanding interpersonal and concierge-level skills, fostering a welcoming and luxurious client experience.
- Efficiently multitask and manage time with superior organizational skills to handle a dynamic schedule.
- Apply strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions promptly.
- Maintain and optimize the aesthetic facility, ensuring a clean, safe, and professional environment.
- Stay informed about industry best practices, equipment advancements, and new cosmetic techniques to maintain expertise in the field.
Qualifications:
- Medical Certificate/Diploma in Medical Esthetics required.
- In-depth knowledge of Medical Grade Skincare, such as ZO and Alastin.
- Proficiency with advanced Laser Services, including BBL, HALO, and others.
- Experience with HydraFacial and other relevant aesthetic technologies.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, promoting loyalty and repeat business.
- A proactive attitude towards continuous education and professional growth.
- Demonstrates a genuine passion for delivering exceptional care, consistently striving to exceed client expectations while ensuring their comfort, well-being, and satisfaction
