Position Responsibilities:
- Aesthetic Treatments: Administer injections and aesthetic treatments to patients, ensuring the highest standards of care and safety.
- Patient Consultations: Conduct consultations to understand patient goals and develop personalized treatment plans aligned with their health and aesthetic objectives.
- Collaborative Care: Work closely with physicians, including oncologists and regenerative medicine specialists, to provide holistic patient care.
- Compliance & Safety: Adhere to strict medical guidelines and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
- Documentation & Follow-Up: Maintain accurate patient records, document procedures, and track patient progress to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest techniques and products in aesthetic medicine to provide the best care possible.
Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) License in the State of New Mexico (LPN, NP, or MD credentials are an asset).
- Minimum one year of experience in aesthetics, including injectables and laser treatments
- Knowledge or experience with the use of advanced Sciton laser technologies and treatments such as BBL, HALO, Moxi, Clear V, and Clear Silk, is recommended.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care and satisfaction.
- Proficiency in aesthetic techniques, including knowledge of facial anatomy and injection sites.
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings and rotating weekends (minimum one, maximum two weekend days per month).
- Aesthetic alignment with clinic values and standards.
- Sales experience is a plus.
