Job Summary:
The Client Relations Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with large corporate clients, and developing strategies to encourage large-scale event bookings on a regular basis. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop relationships with large corporate clients to encourage ongoing event bookings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve company growth targets through event sales.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored event solutions that meet client needs.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the corporate events sector.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and pitches to corporate clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements in alignment with company policies and objectives.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports on progress and key metrics.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to attract corporate clients.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or client relationship management, preferably in the corporate events or hospitality industry.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective client engagement strategies.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Experience with CRM software and other business development tools is a plus.
