Job Summary:
The Territory Sales Representative (TSR) is an exempt employee responsible for growth of the company and market share by selling New Accounts, selling company products and service, and meeting customer needs. This position will create and establish new relationships and assist in transferring those relationships to the CSSRs and the service department. TSR will collaborate with the Director of Business Development and COO to establish selling strategies that will result in new business relationships for Servall/ImageAll, this will be achieved by meeting and/or exceeding the KPI and goal standards set and with the responsibilities outlined in the job description.
Job responsibilities include:
- Obtain New account orders, establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on potential accounts and new business sales.
- Researches, explores, and promotes all potential revenue streams and markets new services and products to new customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential customers and existing customers to determine the best business fit.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling in person, email, and phone calls
- Creates Sales proposals and adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sale needed for the customer
- Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature
- Achieve agreed upon sale KPIs, goals, and outcomes within schedule
- Ability to manage work independently on multiple projects and adherence to deadlines
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/markets potential, track sales and status reports
- Keeps management informed by submitting weekly activity, weekly work plans, sales, competitive activities reports, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, scheduling, and services
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Must competently and safely operate a motorized Vehicle in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
- Must demonstrate acceptable conduct that reflects favorably upon themselves and Servall/ImageAll
- Must present a positive appearance consistent with company uniform and grooming standards
- Must participate in all sales department and/or company meetings, company training functions
- Comply with all company safety and health policies and procedures.

Requirements and essential job functions include:
- Proven work experience as an outside sales representative
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive businessprofessional relationships
- Must be 21 (required for auto insurance requirements)
- Maintain a valid drivers license
- Expected to work in a variety of conditions, standing on their feet, walking, climbing a ladder, and seated while operating a vehicle.
- Moderate to heavy lifting, not more than 50lbs
- Occasionally pushing and/pulling of rolling carts and metal racking
- Putting together and installing metal clothes racking, toilet paper dispensers, paper towel dispensers, etc. for products sold.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Expected to be prepared to work in all weather and precipitation conditions.
Job qualifications include:
- BS/BA degree and/or equivalent work-related experience required.
