What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mixer position at Servatii Pastry Shop & Deli?
We are looking for a full-time mixer to join our team! No prior baking experience is necessary but is a plus! If you enjoy baking, have a positive attitude, are a team player this job is for you!
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Follows the procedures on the formulas such as weight speed time and temperature control according to production standards.
- Record ingredient lot numbers and temperatures
- Maintains cleanliness of work area(s).
- Practices and complies with all company policies and procedures including safety and work rules, etc.
- Performs other duties as directed by supervision.
- Follow procedures to ensure consistently delicious products.
Requirements:
· Successful employment experience in a fast-paced work environment
· Proven ability to work independently while performing a variety of production tasks
· Preferred: Prior experience working in a manufacturing setting that had an emphasis on quality, process control, and safety
· Able to work 2nd shift, including weekends and depending on business needs
· Must pass a background check.
Pay is commensurate with relevant work experience
