Job Summary:
We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented Mid-Level Project Manager to support a Program Manager in executing strategic initiatives, managing multiple projects, and ensuring successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills and experience in Agile methodologies, project management frameworks, stakeholder coordination, and risk management. The Mid-Level Project Manager will play a key role in supporting cross-functional teams, tracking project progress, managing resources, and driving project success while ensuring alignment with overall program objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Work alongside the Program Manager to plan, execute, and track deliverables, ensuring assigned projects are completed efficiently and within scope.
- Track and manage project deliverables, dependencies, and milestones to maintain alignment with program goals.
- Coordinate activities across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with CMS priorities and timelines.
Process Improvement & Compliance
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to enhance CMS performance and usability.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards while adhering to project management methodologies, best practices, and organizational guidelines.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Stakeholder & Communication Management
- Serve as a secondary point of contact for project stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Assist the Program Manager in preparing status reports, executive summaries, and presentations for leadership and key stakeholders.
- Help prepare for and assist in regular meetings to update stakeholders on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to overcome project obstacles while shaping and executing program strategies, policies, and procedures in alignment with broader program goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
- Project Management Certification (PMP or Agile/Scrum certification) is preferred.
- Experience managing or supporting a Contact Center.
- Proven experience in project management and familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.
- Strong understanding of CMS policies, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Can convey complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Strong leadership, team collaboration, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to a diverse audience.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in Agile (CSPO, SAFe POPM).
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
- Knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of risk management frameworks and compliance best practices.
Salary Information:
The salary range for the Mid-Level Project Manager position is competitive and commensurate with experience, typically between $110,000 to $120,000 annually. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and professional development opportunities.
