We seek an experienced ServiceNow Implementation Specialist to lead and support the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow platforms. The specialist will work closely with government stakeholders to ensure that the ServiceNow solutions meet business objectives and drive process improvements. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS), Customer Service Management (CSM), HR Service Delivery (HRSD), and related ServiceNow modules, possess hands-on expertise in leading ServiceNow projects from inception through completion, and have experience supporting government clients within HHS, CMS, DOD, and other federal agencies.

As a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist at ServBeyond Solutions, you will be instrumental in delivering ServiceNow solutions and guiding clients through complex implementations. You will lead project teams, ensuring timely delivery while meeting client expectations. Your responsibilities include:

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of ServiceNow implementations, from requirements gathering and design to deployment and post-launch support. You will manage the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and others as required.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical solutions, ensuring alignment between ServiceNow capabilities and business requirements.
• Collaborate, design, and implement integrations with other enterprise systems such as LDAP, Single Sign-On (SSO), and API-based web services to ensure seamless connectivity between ServiceNow and client infrastructures.
• Communicate project progress, technical designs, and system functionalities to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership and large client groups.
• Identify project risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project timelines, budgets, and scope are met. Lead or support the implementation of ServiceNow governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) processes.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design, testing, and training documents.
• Oversee development of reports and dashboards using Performance Analytics and other reporting tools in ServiceNow.
• Deliver user training and provide ongoing support for ServiceNow users.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and professional growth.
• Be prepared to travel 25% to 100% of the time, depending on project and client needs, to provide on-site consulting, implementation, and training support.

Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Expertise:
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience leading ServiceNow implementations across various modules.
  • Proven experience in leading full life cycle ServiceNow implementations.
  • Familiarity with Performance Analytics, Service Portal, and Flow Designer within ServiceNow.
• Certifications:
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Mandatory.
  • At least 2 ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications, showcasing deep expertise in multiple ServiceNow areas such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, PSDS, CSM, or SecOps.
• Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 4-8 years of professional experience; or 2-6 years of professional experience with a related Master’s degree. Additional experience may be excepted in lieu of degree.
• Advanced Development Skills:
  • Proficiency in AngularJS and Portal Development to customize user experiences.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow Development APIs for building custom solutions.
• Integration Capabilities:
  • Extensive experience with Web Service Integration (API Web Services), REST, and SOAP ensuring ServiceNow seamlessly connects to external systems.
  • Proven experience in LDAP Integration and Single Sign-On (SSO) configuration and administration.
• Methodology:
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
• Client-Facing and Presentation Skills:
  • Comfortable presenting to large audiences, including senior leadership, government clients, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to explain complex technical solutions in clear, non-technical terms.
• Advanced Application Knowledge:
  • Expertise across advanced ServiceNow applications such as HRSD, ITOM, CMDB, CSM, Security, ITAM (HAM/SAM), SPM, GRC, and Portal/UI Builder.
• Bonus Qualifications:
  • ServiceNow Developer Certified (CAD).
  • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
  • ITIL Foundation or equivalent certification.

 Salary Information

The salary range for the ServiceNow Implementation Specialist position is competitive and commensurate with experience, between $110,000 to $135,000 annually. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and professional development opportunities.
