What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cleaner position at Servco Services, Inc.?
Janitor - 1 cleaner needed. One Day time hours 7am to 12pm. Monday thru Friday. 5 hours daily
Duties:
- Perform general cleaning to ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the facility
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Empty trash cans and replace liners
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and lunch area, and replenish supplies
- Dust and wipe down surfaces
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors
Requirements:
- Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods of time
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Strong time management skills to prioritize work effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact with staff and visitors in a professional manner
Note: This position may also be referred to as a Maintenance Janitor or Facility Porter.
