Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring a safe and pleasant space for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to follow established cleaning protocols.
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas.
- Dispose of trash and recycling in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stocked and in good working condition.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or moving items up to 25 pounds.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including evenings or weekends if required.
