What You'll Do
- Monitor power and environmental conditions across all critical spaces
- Perform maintenance using our CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
- Respond to incidents, support MOP/EOP execution, and ensure real-time communication
- Escort and oversee vendors and contractors, ensuring compliance with safety and process standards
- Support commissioning, construction, and infrastructure upgrade projects
- Conduct site rounds, report findings, and contribute to continuous improvements
- Follow all safety regulations and internal change control protocols
- Assist in planning, documentation, and SOP development for site operations
- Prior experience in a critical environment (data centers, hospitals, utilities, etc.)
- Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems and operations
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities
- Proven reliability, accuracy, and ownership in high-stakes environments
- Familiarity with CMMS systems and incident response protocols is a plus
