Position Purpose and Focus
Under the general supervision of the Operation supervisor, maintains the assigned buildings in a clean and orderly manner. Cleans restrooms and any common areas that may require attention. Consistently maintains a clean and organized atmosphere. Constantly monitors custodial needs for the assigned building.
May be required to work cross shifts and weekends as needed.
Qualifications
6 months of cleaning / janitorial experience preferred.
Must have attention to detail.
Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions in English, Ilocano, or Filipino

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Respond to building and cleaning requests.
Monitor lobby, corridors, elevators, and stairwells for cleanliness, remove trash / debris and spills, and clean fingerprints and smudges from glass doors / mirrors.
Empty trash bags / containers and perform detailed dusting, vacuuming, and mopping as needed.
Clean toilets / sinks as needed, restock paper towels, toilet paper, and soap dispensers as needed.
Occasional clean-up of human waste and other body fluids, if necessary.
Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and other objects
Spot clean carpets; assist in carpet extractions and shampooing
Follow the housekeeping schedule outlined by the immediate supervisor.
Follow all safety and personnel rules, policies, and regulations.
Will be cleaning Government Offices located on the property which entails that the applicant be a U.S Citizen
Employer participates in E-Verify.
Part-Time Schedule : Monday - Friday - 8 : 00am - 4 : 30pm
Hourly : $ 19.00 per hour
Salary : $18 - $19
