Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our upscale environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience. Your ability to connect with patrons and deliver timely service will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and drink orders accurately using the Toast POS system.
• Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and promotions.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly to enhance guest relations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely order fulfillment.
• Uphold restaurant policies and procedures while adhering to health and safety regulations.

Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant setting.
• Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest satisfaction.
• Familiarity with sales techniques is advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while demonstrating individual accountability.
• Experience with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective guest interactions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.35 - $28.44 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
