What You’ll Do:
Operational Excellence:
- Track and manage specimen collections across 100 assisted living facilities.
- Monitor UPS package tracking from daily collection draws to lab arrival.
- Ensure 100% accountability for collected specimens.
- Collaborate with phlebotomy service groups to maintain seamless facility coverage.
Coordination & Support:
- Secure phlebotomy coverage for clinical redraws.
- Act as the primary point of contact for scheduling and operations.
- Communicate between diagnostic teams, phlebotomy partners, and assisted living facilities.
- Maintain detailed records of scheduling and collection activities.
Strategic Management:
- Support service expansion into new assisted living communities.
- Develop and improve scheduling systems for efficiency.
- Identify and implement operational improvements.
- Ensure all efforts align with Serviam Diagnostics' mission of transformative senior care.
What We’re Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare coordination or operations management.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in tracking, logistics management, and P&L analysis.
- Experience with CRM software (preferably HubSpot).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Background in phlebotomy or medical diagnostics.
- Familiarity with healthcare scheduling systems.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Passion for improving senior healthcare services.
