Job Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential & commercial HVAC systems
- Provide excellent customer service and educate clients on system maintenance
- Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and system installations
- Accurately document service reports and communicate findings to customers
- Follow all safety guidelines and company policies
Requirements:
- 5 years of HVAC service experience
- Valid PA Driver's License with a clean driving record
- EPA Certification (Type II or Universal preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting skills & attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
