Department: Administrative Entity (AE) | Reports to: Director of AE

We’re looking for an Administrative Entity Program Manager to help ensure that our AE-delegated functions are carried out with excellence and in alignment with state standards, ODP waiver regulations, and our AE Operating Agreement. This is a vital role supporting quality, compliance, and collaboration across our assigned counties.
What You’ll Do:
Provide oversight and guidance to the local ID/A system
Ensure compliance with ODP regulations and AE requirements
Implement delegated functions on behalf of counties
Attend and participate in ODP meetings and trainings
Build and maintain positive relationships with state and county partners
Make sound decisions to promote efficient, ethical service delivery
Elevate stakeholder satisfaction and promote system accountability

What You Bring:
Education and Experience (one of the following):
A master’s degree from an accredited college or university and at least one year of work experience working directly with persons with developmental disabilities
A bachelor’s degree and at least two years of related experience
An associate’s degree or 60 credit hours and at least four years of related experience
Additional Requirements:
Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
Act 33 and Act 34 Clearances, FBI Fingerprint Clearance
Social Security card, I-9 documentation
Drug screening clearance
Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
Comfortable using a computer in an open or virtual office setting
Willingness to travel throughout the service area, including during adverse weather conditions
