Department: Administrative Entity (AE) | Reports to: Director of AE

We’re looking for an Administrative Entity Program Manager to help ensure that our AE-delegated functions are carried out with excellence and in alignment with state standards, ODP waiver regulations, and our AE Operating Agreement. This is a vital role supporting quality, compliance, and collaboration across our assigned counties.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide oversight and guidance to the local ID/A system

  • Ensure compliance with ODP regulations and AE requirements

  • Implement delegated functions on behalf of counties

  • Attend and participate in ODP meetings and trainings

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with state and county partners

  • Make sound decisions to promote efficient, ethical service delivery

  • Elevate stakeholder satisfaction and promote system accountability

What You Bring:

Education and Experience (one of the following):

  • A master’s degree from an accredited college or university and at least one year of work experience working directly with persons with developmental disabilities

  • A bachelor’s degree and at least two years of related experience

  • An associate’s degree or 60 credit hours and at least four years of related experience

Additional Requirements:

  • Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation

  • Act 33 and Act 34 Clearances, FBI Fingerprint Clearance

  • Social Security card, I-9 documentation

  • Drug screening clearance

  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds

  • Comfortable using a computer in an open or virtual office setting

  • Willingness to travel throughout the service area, including during adverse weather conditions
