Summary of Responsibilities:
This position provides on call services for the Bridge Housing Program, Tioga County, during hours from 4:00 p.m. through 8:00 a.m., weeknights, weekends and holidays whenever the Bridge Housing Program is not in operation. Services are provided in accordance with all existing policies, procedures and regulations and in accord with the mission and values of the company.
Essential Functions:
- Respond to calls within 15 mins of contact
- Report incidents appropriately
- Provide assistance in person as needed
- Track calls via call log appropriately
- Seek appropriate assistance and support
- Travel to Bridge Housing campus as needed
- Collaborate w/Housing Manager & CORe Director

Education and Experience:
High School Diploma with one year experience working in the human services field
Employment Requirements:
Automobile and Valid Insurance, Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License and Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record Check, Act 33 and Act 34 Clearances, FBI Fingerprint Clearance, Social Security Card, Immigration and Naturalization (I-9), Drug Screening Clearance
Working Conditions:
Prolonged periods working on a computer in an open office environment or mobile, comfortable communicating through virtual technology, daily travel in local county area(s) to various provider and consumer locations, some work may run into the evening hours and during adverse weather conditions, must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
