Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and customer-oriented Auto Warranty Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers in selecting vehicle protection plans and extended warranties that best suit their needs. Your primary focus will be to educate clients on coverage benefits, explain plan options, and guide them toward making informed decisions to safeguard their vehicles from unexpected repair expenses. Success in this position requires excellent communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to build trust with customers, whether over the phone or in person.
Responsibilities
- Sell Vehicle Protection Plans – Educate customers on extended warranties and help them choose the best coverage for their needs.
- Handle Inbound & Outbound Calls – Engage with potential customers via phone, answer inquiries, and follow up on leads.
- Explain Coverage Details – Clearly communicate plan benefits, exclusions, and pricing in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Overcome Objections – Address customer concerns and confidently guide them toward purchasing a warranty.
- Meet & Exceed Sales Goals – Consistently hit individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain Customer Records – Accurately document customer interactions and sales in the CRM system.
- Follow Up on Leads – Proactively reach out to potential buyers who have shown interest in coverage plans.
- Stay Informed on Products – Keep up to date with warranty options, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service – Build trust and rapport with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Work as Part of a Team – Collaborate with colleagues to maximize sales and improve the overall customer experience.
