Job Summary:
We are looking for a full time Program Manager in the Walla Walla, WA area.
The Program Manager leads the families, youth and staff teams by giving them the tools, resources, and caring guidance to achieve their goals. You will provide supervision and leadership to a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and Case Managers who help youth with varying support needs achieve positive outcomes. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field and 2 years' of experience or 5 years of related experiences
- Must be able to be on an on-call rotation
Licensing and Certifications:
- Currently have or within 30 days of being hired CPR/First Aid license
- Current driver license, car, and car insurance.
- TB Test: Within 7 days of first day of employment, or prior to working on site (whichever comes first)
Preferred Qualifications:
- BA with 2 years' experience
- Internal candidate
