Bakery Manager

Job Summary
The Bakery Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bakery, ensuring high-quality products and exceptional customer service. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage a team, maintain food safety standards, and drive sales through effective management of inventory and customer relations. Duties

• Supervise and coordinate daily bakery operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality product output.
• Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock to minimize waste.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate bakery staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the bakery area.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems while providing excellent customer service.
• Develop new recipes and product offerings to enhance the bakery's menu and attract customers.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with upper management on budgeting, forecasting, and sales strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
