What are the responsibilities and job description for the Billing Clerk position at Service Bros. Transport?

Performs day-to-day data entry functions and general office duties including, but limited to copying, and answering incoming calls.

Verify accuracy on all on billing.

Verifies all information is keyed accurately and in a timely manner.

Enter ordering using client’s computer systems and providing timely and accurate processing.

Responds to customer inquiries on delivery information.

Scan documents and print and filing.

Qualification for position :

One year experience.
Typing speed and accuracy.
Ability to accurately enter data entry.
Basic knowledge of QuickBooks.
Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.).
Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills.
Great attention to detail.
High school degree or equivalent.

Salary : $20
