ABOUT YOUR ROLE AS AN OFFICE MANAGER - BOOKKEEPER:
This bookkeeping position works Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM with NO late nights and NO weekends!
In this dynamic role, your morning begins with managing bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks Online, ensuring every transaction is accurately recorded. As your day progresses, you coordinate scheduling for appointments and technician assignments, ensuring our customers receive timely service. Throughout the day, you handle billing with finesse, providing exceptional customer service with every interaction. By 4:30 PM, you've made a tangible impact, leaving a trail of satisfied customers in your wake! Additionally, you will be preparing and filing monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns and staying informed about tax regulations and ensuring company's compliance.
