Service Center Metals, located in Prince George, VA is a leader in the aluminum industry, and we are hiring for an experienced Industrial Electrical Maintenance Technician with a strong industrial electrical background, mechanical and hydraulic experience, who will report to the Maintenance Manager at our Prince George plant.

Candidate requirements:
- Must have at least 3-5 years of electrical troubleshooting and commercial electrical experience
- Troubleshooting and repairing electrical components such as motors, generators, and automation systems
- Repair, maintain, and upgrade electrical equipment
- Repairing and replacing equipment, electrical wiring, or fixtures
- Experience using test equipment to troubleshoot electrical issues
- Experience in Hydraulic systems, Electrical systems, Pneumatic systems, and Welding & Fabricating
- Work well in a team environment at a fast pace
- Be dependable and accountable
- Work a rotating schedule of 12-hour shifts/3 to 5 days-per-week, alternating every other weekend including overtime
- Lift up to 75 pounds or more on a regular basis
- Able to reach, stoop, bend, and be physical throughout a work shift
- Work effectively in very hot and cold temperatures
- Have excellent math and verbal skills
- High School Graduate or GED preferred
