Responsibilities
What Will I Do?
- Diagnose and repair all aspects of HVAC systems
- Operate a company vehicle, maintain cleanliness and organization of that vehicle at all times
- Build and establish relationships and rapport with our clients while providing them with the best solutions for their home comfort systems
- Promote our MVP Client Loyalty program
- Generate leads for new equipment for all trades – HVAC, Water, Electrical & Insulation
- Sell and install large ticket repairs and IAQ off truck
Qualifications
Do I have What it Takes?
- EPA 608 type II certification is required
- Nate Core certification desired
- Minimum of 1 year experience working in a residential HVAC
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose systems
- Can lift, carry, and maneuver a minimum of 75 pounds without additional manpower or appropriate device
- Must be able to work in the outside elements of heat and cold safely and on ladders and/or roofs medium to high heights
- Maintain well-groomed appearance and keep a clean uniform and work shoes
Pay: Hourly commission. Average annual potential earnings: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00
After receiving a conditional offer of employment we will run a background check, drug test, MVR and reference check.
