Service Champions is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber 2 (P2) to join our team. As a Plumber, you will play a vital role in executing Water Heater flush calls, Diagnostics, plumbing safety audits, and drain cleaning calls. They have the added responsibility of selling parts directly from their trucks using the Upfront Pricing Guide and MVP memberships. Additionally, Plumbers are empowered to sell Water Heaters and Water Filtration systems while setting leads for Sewer Laterals and Home Re-pipe jobs, contributing to the overall success and growth of the company.

• 3% commission on leads set for Water Heaters, Water Filtration, Sewer Laterals, and Home Re-pipe jobs that result in a sale.
• 10% commission on parts sold directly from the truck.
• 10% commission on Water Heaters and Water Filtration systems sold directly by the Plumber 2.

Responsibilities

What Will I Do?

• Conduct Water Heater flush calls, Diagnostics, plumbing safety audits, and drain cleaning calls with a high level of expertise and efficiency.
• Utilize the Upfront Pricing Guide and MVP memberships to sell parts directly from the truck.
• Sell Water Heaters and Water Filtration systems directly to customers.
• Set leads for Sewer Laterals and Home Re-pipe jobs, collaborating with the sales team to facilitate the sales process.
• Ensure compliance with established safety protocols and guidelines during all plumbing tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of services provided, including sales transactions and customer interactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.

Qualifications

Who Are You?

• 2 - 5 yrs proven experience in plumbing services, including diagnostics and drain cleaning.
• Excellent knowledge of plumbing safety standards and procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Sales experience or willingness to learn sales processes.
• Familiarity with Upfront Pricing Guide and MVP memberships is a plus.
