Job Overview :

Are you passionate about starting a rewarding career in HVAC installation? We are looking for mechanically inclined individuals to join our team as HVAC Install Apprentices and embark on a journey towards becoming a skilled HVAC professional! We are committed to providing a supportive environment where you can learn, grow and develop your career in an exciting trade.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist experienced technicians in installing HVAC systems in residential settings.
Learn to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate installations.
Gain hands-on experience with tools and equipment used in HVAC installations.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns professionally.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong work ethic and willingness to follow instructions.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Physical ability to perform tasks that involve regularly lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing, and working in confined spaces.

Current and valid driver’s license in the state where you will be working.
