We are looking for a full charge Bookkeeper to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, including overseeing administrative staff, coordinating office activities, and ensuring that all office supplies and equipment are properly maintained. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a strong understanding of office management procedures.
Qualifications
- Proficient in accounting principles and GAAP standards
- Strong experience with QuickBooks and other accounting software
- Skilled in double-entry bookkeeping and financial report writing
- Ability to perform balance sheet and general ledger reconciliations
- Proficient in accounts payable and receivable processes
- Excellent communication and office management skills
- Familiarity with payroll and tax regulations

Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
