- Quick learner - Learn how to use our project reporting system and project paperwork
- Visit and work at various project sites to assist with gathering production and project progress information
- Prepare project submittals
- Possess plan reading experience
- Prepare and distribute job start-up information for field superintendents
- Assist Project Managers with sales follow-up, project invoicing, and tracking of ongoing job progress
- Develop and maintain client relationships through phone calls and office/site visits
- Attend networking and business development events
- Proficiently utilize the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Experience with Bluebeam or some estimating software
- Be well-organized and detail-oriented – Ability to knock things out quickly
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
