If you have the following skills and can perform the responsibilities listed below, please send us your resume.

  • Quick learner - Learn how to use our project reporting system and project paperwork
  • Visit and work at various project sites to assist with gathering production and project progress information
  • Prepare project submittals
  • Possess plan reading experience
  • Prepare and distribute job start-up information for field superintendents
  • Assist Project Managers with sales follow-up, project invoicing, and tracking of ongoing job progress
  • Develop and maintain client relationships through phone calls and office/site visits
  • Attend networking and business development events
  • Proficiently utilize the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • Experience with Bluebeam or some estimating software
  • Be well-organized and detail-oriented – Ability to knock things out quickly
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
