The Project Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, implementing quality control measures, ensuring construction safety standards, and managing project budgets.
Key Responsibilites
- Daily coordination of the entire construction project.
- Manage the project schedule and the safety of the project.
- Work closely with the Project Manager.
- Assist the Project Manager with developing and updating the project master schedule.
- Supervise Schumacher Dugan’s workforce on site.
- Oversee all trade subcontractors.
- Exhibit strong communication and technical skills.
- Conduct weekly project meetings on site and present updated schedules at these meetings.
- Provide daily work reports and photographs using Procore.
- Coordinate and document all project inspections.
- Complete the project closeout and punchlist.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $66,170.77 - $79,689.53 per year
