Pay: Starting at $21.00 per hour. Flexible based on experience.
Location: Portsmouth. Hours: 9:30 - 6:00pm EST. Position eligible for Hybrid schedule, three days on-site.

- Manage calls and emails from members, credit union staff and card processors related to card service issues.
- Assist members with online banking questions and issues.
- Review and process travel notifications and exemptions for members.
- Communicate with Shoreline regarding card orders.
- Process all expedited card order requests.
- Research entries on VISA/ATM exception reports and post subsequent transactions to member accounts when applicable.
- Review and correct errors noted in the debit/credit card order exception file.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
- Prior digital banking and card service experience required.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft products.
- Good organizational skills with proven ability to multi-task.
- Ability to recognize and resolve issues promptly, using courtesy and tact.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
