Service Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Supervisor at our Portsmouth In-Store branch. This is a great step towards a leadership role.
Pay: Starting at $22.00 per hour. Flexible based on experience.

A Day in the Life:
- Create a positive member experience each and every time through confidence and enthusiasm- you are the face of Service Credit Union.
- Build and retain member relationships through quality service.
- Supervise and counsel branch personnel as directed by the Branch Manager.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of all Service Credit Union products and services.
- Works with their branch manager and staff to meet assigned goals including but not limited to loan production, new member development, and new checking account production.
- Perform other job related duties as assigned.
Experience and Qualifications:
- One to three years of similar or related experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding leadership and customer service skills.
- Good organizational skills with proven ability to multi-task.
- Ability to recognize and recommend enhancements and solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
